The agreed prices include the supply of water, gas and electricity. as regards electricity and considering an abundant normal consumption within 300 kwt per week, the excess will be considered as an extra at a cost of 0.70 per kwt. As regards gas for heating and hot water, considering a normal weekly consumption in litres. 250, the excess will be considered as an extra at a cost of € 0.90 per liter. The swimming pool will be closed from November to May.
